Our friends at Safe Hands For Girls in Sierra Leone are working to train students on the importance of ending female genital mutilation and violence against women and girls as a whole. By training students, providing support for victims of FGM and raising awareness, Safe Hands for Girls has engaged students in 12 different schools and is continuing to grow across the country.
