while Joaquin Phoenix was in London earlier this month for the BAFTA awards, he joined Animal Equality in a massive protest highlighting the impact factory farming has on the environment. He helped drop a banner half the size of a football field from the Tower Bridge in London that read “Factory farming is destroying our planet. Go vegan.”
The protest was featured all over the international press including The Guardian, The Daily Mail, and Sky News.
