trekking/ camping this weekend and making sure we leave no trace behind once done. dear friends, consider carrying your reusable mugs, plates, silverware everywhere you go to avoid polluting with disposable plastic that is devouring our planet. lets all be thoughtful and caring for our own good
here it is me with Farees Adm, who won 2nd place in the 10km sprint in Al Ulla EcoTrail race. he is my youngest champion friend. he got wings on his legs and i hang out with him to get some of that speed by osmosis 😉. i am also trying to convince him to trade his youth for my wisdom. wow, so nice to be 18 and speed demon! i wish i could be both! here in KSA i only hang out with the champions. 🙂 soaking in the wadi pool with Aziz, who is famous for running barefoot. we were both participants in the EcoTrail race in Al Ulla. he ran 45Km, while i trekked 10kms collecting garbage/plastic as volunteer for Hejaz Ploggers. great to reunite here in Taif.
